The nervous system carries your Soul’s Code – this statement arrived in my awareness a few weeks ago at the end of my morning mediation. My mind grasped the concept immediately and my body stirred with recognition. Since then, I have been in the process of integrating this information – which is alternately befuddling and soothing, confusing and enlightening, complex and simple . . . so much like this amazing human experience!
Here’s what has occurred to me so far:
Your Soul is the energy that animates your life and your Soul’s Code contains the distinct and essential attributes that make you uniquely who you are. This code is a mix of intelligence, presence, inspiration, intention, devotion, consciousness, acceptance, compassion and love – the DNA of your most essential and authentic self.
Your nervous system is the information highway that reaches from the main thoroughfare of your spine into every nook and cranny of your body – communicating the information your system needs to be whole, to regenerate, to heal, to create; to live.
It is through this miraculous nervous system that your Soul’s Code is transmitted to every cell of your being, and creates you, in every moment. It is the journey of this code through your nervous system that unites body, mind and spirit into a cohesive expression of being that goes by your name. And it is your Soul that always remembers the essential significance of your presence in this world.
