Gyrokinesis | 11:00 am-12:30 pm | $35 Members / $50 Guests
This exercise program systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises, generating mobility, flexibility, length and strength in the entire body. Increased functionality supports and invigorates as it re-educates the body to move with fluidity, relaxation and power. It feels good and is fun!
Yamuna Body Rolling | 5:30 pm-7:30 pm | $45 Members / $60 Guests
Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR), a revolutionary approach to health and fitness, consists of a series of routines using various size balls. Going far beyond random movement and stretch, YBR allows you to work specific muscles in detail to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion. YBR has the potential to create positive, permanent change in the body.
