LEGAL
Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to the Rolife website, Member Center, event registration, and related Services.
Draft for legal review only; not legal advice. The legal entity, commerce model, governing law, and dispute terms require counsel approval.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you disagree, do not use features that require acceptance. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Scope of services and transactions
The current website primarily provides brand content, product and presale information, store search, event registration, and membership services. Purchase controls may lead to an authorized retailer or to transaction services enabled later. Third-party retailer transactions are governed by their terms.
[Business and legal review required: if the site directly sells, collects payment, ships, or refunds, add order formation, price, tax, payment, delivery, cancellation, return, warranty, and mandatory consumer-right clauses.]
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Protect credentials and promptly report unauthorized activity.
- Do not sell or rent accounts or use automation, fraud, or abuse to obtain points, coupons, or event places.
- We may restrict or suspend accounts presenting reasonable security, fraud, legal, or material-breach risks, subject to required notice and appeal rights.
4. Membership, points, and coupons
Tiers, points, coupons, and rewards are governed by the rules displayed when issued. They generally have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may have expiration, region, product, or event restrictions.
We may correct benefits created by manifest error, fraud, or technical malfunction to the extent permitted by law without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
5. Events
Event time, venue, capacity, age, safety, and cancellation terms appear on the event page. Events may change for safety, weather, venue, or force-majeure reasons, with notice under applicable rules. Participants must follow reasonable onsite instructions.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, infringe rights, or distribute malicious, fraudulent, hateful, or harassing content.
- Do not bypass security, scan vulnerabilities, disrupt service, scrape restricted data, or evade access controls.
- Do not impersonate others, submit false registrations, or abuse codes, points, or coupons.
- Do not use site content for unauthorized bulk copying, commercial resale, confusing services, or model training except where law permits.
7. Intellectual property and user content
Trademarks, imagery, characters, text, designs, software, and other content are owned by [rights holder to be confirmed] or licensors. No rights are granted beyond personal, non-commercial, lawful use.
If user submissions are enabled, separate terms must define licenses, attribution, moderation, takedown, infringement complaints, and child authorization. These Terms do not claim rights in content you have not submitted.
8. Third-party services
The Services may link to maps, social platforms, and authorized retailers. Third parties are independently responsible for their services, content, and data practices. We conduct reasonable vendor oversight but do not make warranties beyond legal requirements.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetually current content.
No exclusion or cap applies where prohibited, including intentional or grossly negligent conduct, mandatory consumer rights, or personal injury. [Counsel must approve enforceable regional caps and language.]
10. Termination, law, and disputes
You may stop using the Services or request account closure. Provisions that should survive by nature, including intellectual property, liability, disputes, and record retention, remain effective.
Governing law and forum: [to be confirmed]. Mandatory consumer law and non-waivable jurisdiction remain unaffected. [Counsel to confirm arbitration, class waiver, and regional exceptions.]
11. Updates and contact
Material changes will receive reasonable advance notice and renewed consent where required. Continued use will be handled under applicable law. Contact: [support/legal email to be confirmed].
