In Fitness Finesse we use many different ways to get fit, stay fit, have fun,
feel good and kick butt! Small group classes of 3-4 students using fit ball,
stretch band, free weights, weighted bars and balls to help tone, tighten,
strengthen, stretch and lengthen in a simple, intelligent and meaningful way.
You will:
- be taught proper form for each exercise so that it makes sense in your body
- understand the purpose of each and every exercise
- learn routines that you can do on your own at home
- be challenged to move beyond your self-perceived limitations
- be encouraged to work with your body in a way that is respectful and caring
- firm, tone, strengthen, lengthen
- have big fun!
